Wrocław Guide for World Food

The objective of this study is to reflect upon the Italian, French, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, and other exotic food in the urban space of Wrocław. The study includes poetics of commodification, local world’s geography, different spaces, locality and globality. One of the final conclusions is that local and global are not opposites but they constitute each other.
