Internationality in Polish People Republic

The paper examines the problem of internationalizing of Polish cuisine in the era of the socialist system. It inquires about whether the socialist internationalism can be treated as an emblem of modern globalism. With regard to culinary practises the thesis is doubtful. The relative isolation of the People’s Republic did not promote the easy flow of culinary patterns.
