Searching for the Origins of Spanish Corrida: El Toro Bravo and the Problem of Globalization
In this paper the author tries to analyze the discussion of the origins of Spanish corrida in the context of the questions concerning the nature of globalization. The considerations focus on the cultural identity of toro bravo in the context of the presence of the figure of the bull in mythologies, religions and arts of many cultures.
