Abstrakt
Transformacja rzeki Odry w kontekście walki o jej nowy status ekologiczno-kulturowy stanowi wyzwanie związane z nadaniem jej osobowości prawnej. Inicjatywy grup ekologicznych, takich jak Osoba Odra, dążą do zmiany statusu rzeki, a tym samym do zmiany sposobu jej postrzegania – z przedmiotu na podmiot. To procesy wprowadzania do dyskursu publicznego kwestii związanych z walką o równość międzygatunkową, przeciwdziałanie antropocentrycznemu postrzeganiu środowiska. Odmienione oblicze Odry wiąże się z remityzacją krajobrazu odrzańskiego oraz budową nowego mitu promującego harmonię środowiskową. Przejście Odry z roli zasobu na osobę może przyczynić się do bardziej zrównoważonych relacji ekologicznych i kulturowych w regionie.

The War for the Oder. The visible and invisible face of the river at the threshold of ecological and cultural transformation.
The transformation of the Oder River in the context of the struggle for its new ecological and cultural status presents the challenge of giving it legal personality. Initiatives by ecological groups, such as the Osoba Odra association, seek to change the status of the river and thus change the way it is perceived – from object to subject. The dark ecologies, which find their foundation in the struggle for interspecies equality, introduce this discourse into the environmental debate, counteracting the anthropocentric perception of the environment. The altered appearance of the Oder River is linked to the reframing of the Oder landscape and the construction of a new myth promoting environmental harmony. The transition of the Oder from being a resource to a person can contribute to a more sustainable ecological and cultural relationship in the region.
