Cyber-State, Tendencies, Dangers
The author discusses the dangers resulting from moving strategic domains of public life to cyberspace. I analyze phenomena such as informatization of judiciary system, administration, the revenue service, digitalization of access to educational institutions, to higher education, to healthcare services, etc. The observations made serve to reflect on the dangers and consequences of the emergence of cyberstate.
