Man — a global species? Global identity according to Clive Gamble
In my presentation I intend to present innovative concepts developed by the British archeologist and anthropologist, Clive Gamble. Gamble researches in the field of anthropogenesis, and his interest is in the formation of the identity of first people, especially in the relation between technological progress and the development of human consciousness. Gamble takes up the issue of the globality of the human species. In one of his books on the prehistory of global colonization, he departs from the question: why were people everywhere?
