Technical Globalization as a Process of Autonomization of Programming Industries

The aim of this article is to show how technical globalization is realized by new forms of industries, namely programming industries. Due to the deterioration of life processes, people find themselves in new circumstances which are necessarily technically mediated. The author claims that the progress of technical globalization cannot be stopped. It can only be creatively processed, followed up, with changes in human life global relationships remaining intact. This forces people to adapt to technically mediated memory that functions as a program. Human existential coordinates are increasingly governed by programming industries which distribute programs of memory. The author argues that these new modes of human-technical interconnection become more and more autonomous. Their planetary autoregulations represent the final consequence of technical globalization.
