Does Globalization Exist?
The paper seeks an answer to this question. Firstly, the career of the word ‘globalization’ is analyzed in different languages. Secondly, I analyze the phenomenon of multiplicity and diversity of things that this word signifies. I conclude that globalization does exist, but more as a word only and a construct, or a heuristic postulate. The proper phenomenon calles ‘globalization’ does not exist in the world. It is merely a scientific category utilized for researching global phenomena and the dependencies between them.
