The Idea of Crisis in the Philosophy of History
In this paper I analyze three problems. Firstly, I demonstrate main ideas of the crisis formulated within the most prominent models of western philosophy of history and argue that the idea of crisis has an axiological character. Secondly, I discuss some positive consequences of the globalization. Thirdly, I consider the relations between such categories as crisis, value, tolerance and globalization and argue that globalization generates axiological plurality and tolerance.
